The Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action (IDEA) Work Group actively supports Goal 2 of National NSSLHA’s 2024-2026 Strategic Plan. Please review the full IDEA Work Group member position description before applying.

Application Steps
Confirm Your Eligibility
To apply, you must be a National NSSLHA member, and an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a CSD program during the full 1-year term. Clinical Fellows are not eligible.
Submit Your Application
The application involves 4 short answer questions, a resume, and a letter of reference.
Applications Reviewed by the National NSSLHA Office
All applications will be reviewed by the National NSSLHA Office to confirm eligibility.
Applications Reviewed by the Executive Council
The Executive Council will review eligible applications and approve those slated for a position.
New IDEA Workgroup Members Announced
Select IDEA Work Group members will be notified in July. The NSSLHA National Office will announce results publicly in September.
Terms Begin
IDEA Work Group members will start their 1-year term on September 1.
